What emmissions stuff can I take off?

Hey guys, wondering what all emmisions stuff can I take off..... I'm plannign on runnign hooker long tube headers straight bak to mufflers.......so I wont have a cat. but I was lookin under the hood and theres a hose that goes form the header to somethign else. I dont have my manual yet.....but what emmissions stuff can I take of and the car will still run properly?

oh and BTW florida has no emmissions

ditch the air, egr, catalytic converter. You don't need any emissions equipment to run properly.
