30lb injector hp limit?

Was looking for a little more info on injector limits. I'm seriously thinking about building a motor for my formula. I have 30lb injectors on it now. When I do the motor, I plan on putting downabout 450rwhp. My question is, will the 30 lb inj. work or will I need to bump it up.

I dont know the exact information, but I have looked at these two sites and have found some pretty good information. It is a sticky at the 'Fuel & Injection' thread.

Yeah the 30# injectors are good for at least 450rwhp. My stock 24# injectors were good for at least 400rwhp b/c that is what I ran 11.20's@120mph on with 3.42 gears and a 3,500lb car. I am going with some 30# injectors to go with my new heads/cam setup. Later Clint

My 30# Ford red tops aren't even close to maxing out as far as pulsewidths go. At WOT, the most I have seen is like 16.1x. I think 18 is the max on pulsewidths.
