I think 315s where made for F-bodys. They look so damn mean, and people think twice abou your car when they drive up behind you. I think putting them on a stock power car is like putting company stickers on your car when you dont have the parts though. I think if you have a realtively stock LT1 dont do it. It just seems like you be a poser to me. But hey its your car so really you can do what you want.
My friend drove A highly modified LS1 camaro with them and he had 275s up front with BFG KDs all around (damn good tire) and he said it pushed like a son of a bitch because all of the grip the back supplied. And you may not be able to spin that much if the LT1 is stock and you put good tires out back.
