Ok , if you want me to compare this fairly I will just talk about my car that I just bought 6 weeks ago. stock dyno # were 327hp and 331tq . I ran a 8.3 in the1/8 mile.
next step I added long tubes and true duals after 2 weeks from buying the car.
went to the track and did 2 runs . First ended with 12.9 with a slipping clutch . and second run ran a best of 12.8@109mph with slipping clutch and street tires . Mods where only the k&N+lid with the lt`s and the true duals. Stock( pulley, ls1 manifold. stock tb , no tune , stock 3.42....etc).
My question is : would those 05 GT`s do what I done? No ****** way.
Mustangs are very good vehicles with no doubt and they proved that along thise past years threy r also one of the best dragracing cars if you wana the truth but they are different in modyfing compared to ls1`s so dont mix every thing up here guys .
