i just got my le1 package installed and it runs bad *** i got to say that it was well worth the money. i still have to get my pcm tuned but the car hauls ***. going to try and go to the track soon.

 

Let us know what a difference it makes at the track.

 

what all does that contain? Just ram-air and suspension?

 

no le1 is Lloyd Elliot's stage 1 head porting with a custom cam. LE2 is stage 2, LE3, etc.

how much did the le1 run you? with all the parts etc. also how much do you estimate you gained? just a huge seat of pants feel?

my car is the green firebird in that video. I must warn you though it was a mustang event and 95% of the video is mustang. I dont think it has any clips of me getting on it. I dont remember and dont feel like watching the whole thing again. just about any time you hear a real heavy lope, its me

the package was 1100 dollars and then i put the 52mm throttle body, headers, 30# injectors and i also put all new bearings and rings in it cause the car had 136,000 miles on it.i also rebuilt my tranny all together it cost me like 5800 dollars. also new timing chain and distributer. i should get my lt4 knock module and mail order tune tomarrow then all i need is some wheels for my slicks. also got 1.6 rockers. i hope to see low 12s or high 11s with slicks.

 

Do you know what the compression is with that setup? I was looking into getting the le1 but I have plans for a procharger this summer/fall.
