ok, I am confused, and need a quick answer

I know it's the wrong section, but I need an answer quick, and didn't know who else to ask. what it is, is I always thought the first firebird, was 67, but the 30th anniversary shows to be a 99, whats the deal?

69 was the first year for the "Trans Am" 689 coupes and only 8 verts

ok, so let me get this straight, 67 had firebirds, but 69 was when the trans ams were relised, right.
