Default rollor rockers

would i see any gain if I put in some 1.6 aluminum rollor rockers.and how hard would it be to do would i just have to unbolt the valve covers ,and use normal tools?o ya car has bolt-ons and suspension mods

maybe 10-15 from the motor or a tenth from your e/ts

So you can do roller rockers on a stock engine?

from what i know yes .they are easyer for the stock internals to move causre they are lighter

what about changing them is it hard

Changing the rockers is not hard, setting them might be tricky for a bigginer. It's recommanded to change to better spring with the use of 1.6 rocker and that is a bit hard to do without the proper tool. And BTW, the power increase from less friction is marginal it's mostly due to the higher lift.
