rollor rockers would i see any gain if I put in some 1.6 aluminum rollor rockers.and how hard would it be to do would i just have to unbolt the valve covers ,and use normal tools?o ya car has bolt-ons and suspension mods

Changing the rockers is not hard, setting them might be tricky for a bigginer. It's recommanded to change to better spring with the use of 1.6 rocker and that is a bit hard to do without the proper tool. And BTW, the power increase from less friction is marginal it's mostly due to the higher lift.
