What's the fastest you've gone?
about 135 on the interstate. Was late and lil out of town and no traffic. I was running a LS1 WS6. Also started behind a Fox Body 5.0 and blew by him at a buck 30.

/\ did this at 1 am had it mapped out thought it would be the right amount of room didn't work out tho V6 takes a long time to get to top speed dam good amount of pull in the low range on that thing but soon as you get above 2500-3000 rpm looses all power
my brother told me a story about this dude he raced in a LT1 WS6 my brothers Iroc had exhaust headers and a k&n airfilter. So they lined em up on this empty interstate and just took off they just stayed in it till the cars were topped out my brother hit 148 miles an hour and the dude in the LT1 was about 149 or 150.

let a buddy of mine take it up to 150 during a nice summer day on the highway, we had the t-tops off and i stood up and stuck my head out of the roof, lol.. my head was violently knocked back and i couldnt hear or open my eyes for about 5 min afterwards. it was a lot of fun...

WEll i was crusin at 90-100 mph. All the cars were in the right lane and i was coming up on them.. they were all probly doing 65 mph. Well al lthe sudden a big ford decides to move into my lane without looking... well needless to say i had to swerve and he swerved back into his lane... this just cause the back end of my car to go off the dry road into the wet snow onthe side of the road... and here is what happened,,, at about 90 mph...
Im the yellow car... the ford is the blue... thge teal things on the side of the road are those steel poles with reflectors. The reason I came so close to that last one was because i over corrected (because i was going to try and flip back around and keep going strait... but over corrected) and was heading striat at it... and i jsut missed it by inchs... THere was no damage done to my car, and after the snow where i lost control, i had good control of the car again, and did not panic. But the adrenaline was flowing like the niagra falls.
The guy in the ford jsut looked at me like i was retarded and never stopped.. no one stopped. Fvckin dick heads. I have done cookies before.. but never at 90 mph... LOL.. holy ****...

On my old bike (zx9) I got a ticket with my friends at 140mph... long story
I also couldn't let somebody I know (who is a d**k) think his 97 cobra was faster than my stock (+bolt ons) 94 z. I don't know how fast but once he pulled out of my draft the slobra couldnt maintain the speed. Alot of wnd coming in the windows, didn't look at the speedo I was trying to aim the car.
I mainly do the speed limit now. I can't wait till the race car is done. 250+ in a modelA roadster on the salt. Some think I'm crazy, I just have a different version of reality.

"About"380 RWHP(it ran 90mph in the 1/8 mile at 3700 lbs) thats where that figure comes from. I never dynoed it....it ran good though.
5400 rpm in sixth gear
And man that baby was truckin', the windows were sucking out...it ran out of steam right around that rpm..5300 was the last time I looked down, I held it down for about 3 more seconds then let off.
Anyone do the math on those numbers?
And before the Moma's boys come out and say I am stupid for doing that, it was 3 A.M. on a mostly deserted 4 lane bridge. I am old enough to know what I am doing..I have been 186+ MPH(gps) on a Hayabusa..so it was fun.
