Default Clearance issues with header studs?

I'm considering using the ARP header studs with my Jet-Hot long tubes. Are there any clearance or installation/removal issues to be concerened about?

Just basing my opinion on my header install with bolts, i would think it would be a pain in the *** to do if the engine is in the car. drop the engine and it would be no problem. maybe someone else on the board has actually used studs.

The motor is out of the car for "upgrades". I was curious if they would cause problems if I needed to remove the headers in the future (with the motor in the car).

The ARP header bolts are amazing. They are only 5/16" heads instead of the 10mm, MUCh smaller, and NO problems. You can get a wrench in there with no problem. They wouldn't cause problems at all, and it's not hard while the engine is in the car.

I would think that the studs would be a pain. There is just not enough room to maneuver headers in and out, off and on in newer F-Body. There are good aftermarket header bolts out there, I think you may be playing with fire, and with headers, you migt get burned.

Thanks for the inputs; i'll use the ARP bolts instead of the studs.
