Default Roll Cage??

Okay here is the deal. I am going to go with a NOS set up on 4.11 gears next season. I do plan to rebuild the engine next winter after I gett all the NOS goody out of this one. THe deal is I am going to use bolt on sub-frame connectors and a better panhard bar. BUT I wanna go with a 8 point maybe 10 point cage. This is for saftey due to T-tops as well as less body flex. Any ideas on the best cages and the average cost. I will weld it myself at my shop. ANy help or pics would be great. Thanks.

If you want maximum rigidity, don't get bolt-in subframe connectors.

Getting a 10 point cage is A LOT more money and MUCH harder to install than a 6 point, and you won't really gain anything (other than weight).

I agree with Matt. Don't go with the 10 point unless you need it to pass tech (9.99 or quicker or 135+ mph)

I have always been partial to Wolfe products.

Sgt. Spuds, can I add Auto hatch releases making us lazy asses since 1987? Because my 87 Trans Am had one. And hell, it was also automatic closing. It had a little motor that would pull the latch down and close the hatch. That was when F-bodys were luxurious.
