Default Anyone put a distributor in a LT4 intake?

I am about to drill my LT4 intake a put in a distributor and run it off a crank trigger. I know that it has been done before and i have seen it in a car. I was wondering if anyone could give me some feedback or advice on doing this. Really this only issue is drilling the manifold in the right spot. Does anyone have some tips or helpful advice that i should know before I drill the intake. I will be using a bridgeport so i can get it very exact.
Thanks for any feedback.

rumor for them is that they are no longer doing the service, but they might be a great resource for information

i can't offer much more than that, but rumor is that thirdgen.org and camaroz28.com have some members that successfully completed this very task.

We just had LT1intake.com do it to an extrude honed LT4 intake for us... If the rumor is true and they're no longer doing it, good luck! If you dont have much experience with machine work, its really easy to screw up. And you have to make an angled washer for it to have the correct installed height.
