Default I need CAM info!! :)

Ok, any opinions are welcome. My mods are in my sig.

I'd like to get a mild cam, nothing too extreme.

However, I'd like it to be a little bit more powerful than the LT4 hot cam. My main goal for this car is to get close to 400 hp.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Well a little bit more powerfull than the Hot cam would be the cc305 220/230 .510 .510 and then with 1.6RRs it ups your lift quite a bit. If i was you and i had 23k i would do a sick *** Head and cam package, that would easiley get you 400rwhp. IF your on a budget they also have some budget h/c packages too.

Are you going to touch the heads? Like porting them at all? I hear that with stock heads the cc503, cc305, cc306, hot cam, and a custom grind within the parameters of all those is gona pull pretty nicely. Some people on here have GM 847 but it all depends on your apllication and goals.
