With an entirely stock motor, 42# injectors, Pacesetter longtubes & ORY, 4" mufflex, and the D1sc i made 450rwhp 430lb-ft, sae corrected. Not sure about the prices for this stuff now, but I had less than $4K in this setup because I bought the blower used.
Oh, untill you build a forged motor... Put that 150 shot on the shelf and forget about it if your planning to run boost. These motors barely handle boost, let alone nitrous too.

10psi, entirely stock other than full exhaust and the blower.
Never got a good pass out of it... But with the worst 60' Ive ever pulled on the MT radials (2.20) I did manage a 12.00, the tires hooked, but I bogged due to not having enough rpm when I let out the clutch.
Cant remember MPH, or anything else... Id have to look for the timeslip.
