lt1 straight pipes Hey i was looking at it and the loudmouth is basically straight pipe is it not? Just with the fake resonator kinda thing by the cat. So i was wondering to do it myself job why can't i buy some nice tips run two pipes into the one 3" pipe like the setup the loudmouth has at the back? Basically just drop the muffler i have on the back and just replace with a straight piping. Has anyine does this before?

The loudmouth is bascially a straight pipe but the resonator isn't fake. It's just there to make the noise louder. Some people mistake it for a muffler though...
You can get nice tips and take out the muffler. I'm sure people have done it before. But you're going to need some heavy machinary to bend the pipes. Or you can just go to an exhaust shop and have them make some for you (depending where you live).
