I also ordered a set of wires from them. I paid for them a month ago and still have not got anywhere. They will not reply to phone calls, messages, emails....nothing!! This is by far the worst experience online I have ever had. They need to make things right and brush up on thier customer service skills.

I'm sorry, but if they've been an Ebay member since 04', and have only a 92% positive feedback rating out of a whopping twenty-six auctions, something's not right. If they have a track record like this on sales that you CAN see, makes ya wonder about all the sales that you DON'T see...
Your theory is wrong. You are forgetting that they don't only sell to ebay. I ordered mine thru their website. I am amazed how many guys are having problems since I had 0 problem along with many others. I am real curious as to whats goin on down there.

You must've missed the hint of sarcasm when I used the word "whopping." I understand that they sell to more than Ebay customers, but the point I was trying to make was that if after a 2 year time span and completing only 26 auctions, (which averages a whole ONE auction per month), they still couldn't manage to keep a 100% feedback rating, there's a serious problem.

If somebody can't hack it with a one auction per month average, and this is only supposed to be a representative sample of their overall business performance, I'm sorry but that leaves too much to the imagination.

I sent an e-mail last week asking them a question and got a response right back. But based on what I'm seeing here, I'm going elsewhere. Thanks!

I don't want to get ripped off either. Call me jumpy, but I am leaning towards thinking that this company is a scam. I am now in my FIFTH week after paying with NO wires. I can not believe that this company is still in business. They have no customer service skills and no sense of urgency. I need these wires to complete my header install so I can get my car back on the road. It's not like I need my car to go to work or anything. This is the worst company to NOT do business with. Send me my damn wires that I payed hard earned money for.

Five weeks is ridiculous, if they are backed up then they can at least notify you.

These things look TOP NOTCH, and are even numbered!! (LT1 OTVC) I can't wait to get home and put them on!
I wish I hadn't just bought some Taylors for my LS1 car now. The LS1 wires looked very nice as well, and colors are VERY nice looking!

I would like to have mine before 4th of april...I've already paid, and can't wait any longer. That will bring me to wait time of over a month.

Cuz, i mean if your back order on parts have the decency to contact your customers and let them know. Summit contacted me twice in a month letting me know that the Breslin header bolts were on back order, and gave me the option to call and cancel my order, or continue waiting and not charge me till they shipped out to my house. I beleive it's called customer service.
