PM Sent - hope to have news soon as my motor is waiting on these before it goes back in the car. I ordered 2 sets of wires on 03/03/2006. Quite a few emails, attempted phone calls, and 1 PM to James. He did respond right away that he'd follow up and get back to me, but still waiting on a delivery status.
I placed an order a couple of days ago, spite all the problems they seem to have. I know they make awesome quality wires so I thought I would risk it. Im waiting on these to do my LT install. If I dont get them in a reasonable amount of time Ill just go ahead with the install and use the stock wires and hope they get me home

I gave up...Waited for a month, and haven't recieced anything. So, i ordered some taylors for now. I live in the desert, so, i'm not worried about the arcing situation. I'll order some Magnecors at the end of summer and have them made custom. I just need the wires to finish my cam swap, lt install, and to drive my car again.
Where can I order some of the custom cut Magnecore wires? After I dispute this with Paypal, I can add a little more money and order a set. I just want my car back on the road again. I miss her so much!!

you can get them from www.Thunderracing.com or order them straight from Magnecor. They run any where from 100 bucks on up.

Maldo, please cancel my order Yhst-16788112107662 for the 2 sets of wires. I have tried to communicate via telephone and email with no response.
I expect my credit card to be refunded within the next couple of days, otherwise I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges due to "item not received and vendor refusing to communicate with the customer".

Well I checked my credit card and notice that they charged my card more than once. So I'm with mtlws6, I'll be calling my CC company tomorrow to dispute this order.

does it say the price of the wires, EI: 69.99 then 10.95 on another charge. If so, i figured it was shipping. But, i got refunded by the bank today, and going to file with the BBB by friday.

well, sorry to say. I've waited waaaaayyyy to long to recieve my wires, I ordered them over a month ago, and even contacted you several times with no replys by email or phone. I even PM'd you here with all my information including shipping, email, and phone and even when you could call. The only email i ever got was a generated one when i placed my order. It said it was to ship in 3-4 days...from the 2nd of march...I've already been refunded by the bank. So, too late to win this customer over now...I've ordered wires from another source on Sunday, and the arrived today. So, Big ups to Summit.

I can understand the problem of a small company handling a large load of demand. But with demand comes profit, and IMO you've got to put the customer first and notify them ASAP if their goods are on back order.
I have no involvement in this situation. Just outside looking in. I can understand both sides of the situation, hopefully this will be worked out soon enough and both sides will be happy.
