Elite sparkplug wires
I expect my credit card to be refunded within the next couple of days, otherwise I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges due to "item not received and vendor refusing to communicate with the customer".

Just curious, are you guys planning on being a sponsor in the near future on LS1tech?
I can understand the problem of a small company handling a large load of demand. But with demand comes profit, and IMO you've got to put the customer first and notify them ASAP if their goods are on back order.
I have no involvement in this situation. Just outside looking in. I can understand both sides of the situation, hopefully this will be worked out soon enough and both sides will be happy.
