LT5 swap
LT5 swap I remeber awhile back someone posting about putting a LT5 in a F Body. Well here's your chance to try it. I'm not selling it I just found it surfing on EBay, Thought it was pretty cool to see one.

i've heard that it wont even work with the 6spds in f-bodies, but that it was a different version altogether for the zr1's. i got an article in an old hot rod or car craft and it talked about how alot of it would require alot of modification to fit in an f-body.

Enjoy that fit.. LoL.. that has to be tight... but 405hp back in the mid 90's that was some good power for back then.. And yea they respond very well to bolt on's.. and Forced indux as well...
a company makes stroker kits and cams and ported heads and stuff like that for them, one package gives them over 600hp N/A, its a great motor, just dam expensive to work on, i think that one package was like $20K or something like that

SLP used a ZF-6 transmission on their 91-92 Firehawk's. GM put a LT5 into a thirdgen Camaro.
Tim Allen went to GM and had a LT5 custom fitted into his Impala SS. He said it cost around 6 figures to get it to fit, but he also had all of GM at his disposal.
