my center is ok, but the dash under the windshield is cracked all over, $150 @GM I'm told. I thought about building a really nice alum sheetmetal console for certain gauges , but it would have to look good.

$150 and u can get a new center console?

i actually told my mechanic that he should start making some center console's out of some sheet metal or something, he is a fricking geniouse when it comes to welding, some of the best that i have seen, but he loved the idea cause prolli 90% of the cars that he does are f-bodies and most of them have the same broken center console.

IF they sport the same weight, same motor, same tranny, same everything...

Doesnt it come down to Aerodynamics?

The big pointy noise of the bird hits the wind like mack truck , so im gonna have to say Z28.

Plus, black cars are always the fastest, because they're scary

actually the 3rd gen camaro is more aerodynamic then 4th gens, aerodynamics isnt about how you "cut" the air, its about how you move through it, pretty comlicated, but the sharpest design isnt always the best

Definately the T/A....I've had a camaro (although it wasnt a Z28 it had the same body of course...and since the body is really the main difference in the cars we are lookin at, i would say i've had both worlds...) I definately like the 5 spoke rims of the t/a ALOT better than the salad shooters of the Z28...and the spoiler, the front with the fog lights and the side skirts of the T/A over the formula. But i would definately drive the hell out of any of these three!!!

I like how the TA has the body (tail fascia)fully around the tips, looks cool. Also I think the convert wing is mint, and the trunk but thats my op. and thats why bought one, but they are all nice rides for the dough. Also the factory ground side skirts on ta-does the formula have those?

as for an overall car, i jsut bought my z28 after test driving many T/a and camaros and doing alot of research and i have found that though the T/A has the same engine as of overall quality the camaro smokes the T/A, i mean chevy vs pontiac? come on! i have heard so many people, including 2 mechanics and a long time car dealer friend remark in similar words that the "T/A is a big rolling piece of junk made of plastic with a nice engine" LOL sorry to all u T/A owners but its just how it is yo
