missing up top

missing up top after cam install/ headers, at WOT at 5k plus rpms. there is a little miss present. the other day it did it and it felt like a vacum line came loose for a second or something. The whole engine surged then went back to where it was at in the rpms. today it did it as well but even more briefly. it just felt like I let up on the gas for a split second. It doesnt do this consistantly though. sometimes WOT is fine. I havent recieved my mail order tune yet though. Any ideas?
