We were talkin about this peice in another thread below. My question is has anyone taken this line off, and ran a different setup off of the heads. I want to get some connections, and run a bigger line off the heads to the radiator. I think this will make it run a little cooler, cause you are getting the hot coolant out of the heads faster. Has anyone tried this or have any comment.

the only way to do this effectively is if the fitting bigger than the steam pipe that is currently on the vehicle. if the fitting is the same size as the pipe it really wouldnt do any good to put on a bigger line or pipe because it will still flow the same out of the block. but if the fitting is bigger i would have to say that it will work really good.

I got ahold of a tech on this, and from the way it is designed, it is supposed to keep a certian pressure in the heads. So I have to leave it alone, or I will mess up the engine real good I guess..
