Default Traction Bars, Thermostat, and Tranny Mount?

Okay, so which thermostat would you guys suggest? I'm replacing mine, and I don't know whether to get a 180 or 160? Mods are in my sig and it's a daily driver.

What about traction bars? Some guy is willing to give me a set of chrome traction bars (it'll match my color scheme nicely) and I was just wondering if they'd actually make a difference?

Oh, and how hard is it to change the transmission mount? Could anyone give me a link to a step-by-step walk-through? Thanks.

160 t-stat really won't make a hill-o-beans of difference, but it doesn't hurt anything either.

Tranny mount: unbolt, jack up transmission slightly, swap mounts. It's really really that easy.

As for traction bars... Please tell me that you're not thinking about the chrome slapper bars found on redneck leaf spring cars?

Yeah, a little, I guess. They looked pretty good on the vehicle they're currently on.
So a 160 might be better than a 180?

They do make traction bars for coil spring cars too, just not F Bodies, they are for the GM G bodies (regal, cutlass, Gran Prix etc).
