Your #s seem pretty good to me. Mine made 271 rwhp with similar mods (I had edelbrock shorties). I think a better cat-back system could've netted me more power(flowmaster sucks). On my heads/cam setup, I was able to pick up 15rwhp just by uncapping the cutout.

Won't his stall eat up some power too though? I can't remember if I have read that they eat power.

Yes, because the converter causes the transmission to slip more, thus losing some power to the wheels.

im sure it effects alittle, but look at all the fast ls1s... there all running metal intakes... sheet metal, carb style...

You numbers seem very good to me. With my 97 Z28 A4 I put down exactly 230hp with K&N performance kit, no cats and a cut out.

I just got my 2002 Firehawk dyno tuned this morning with a cam only (236/236-112) and headers, pulley,ported throttle body I made 421 rwhp, and 384 rwtq.

I also have a '94 Formula M6 daily driver that has 1.6 roller rockers, BBK shorty headers, ory, Blowmaster, airfoil, 1le elbow, MSD coil and wires, cold air kit, 160 stat, descreened maf, hypertech tune and it put down 292 rwhp 2 years ago.

heres mine with my setup below and 3200 stall, full bolt ons, no cats, cutout and stock headed and intake and tb with a 236/242 cam!

it was 322/341 So i still have alot of power left in my heads/intake!

that top run was with nitrous and i went super lean (leaky fuel line) so we let out.
