Hi Folks - need help
I am setting a P0420 code - CAT problem. Here is the question, can I use my 02 cats/pipe on my 97 LT1 - will they fit? when I put the header on 02 SS, I saved the parts - well, I don't plan on using them so why put them on 97 Z-28. Why waste money if you don't have to.

PS: the problem started after I Seafoam'ed the engine. Don't understand that but oh well.

 

i dont see why not... toss them on and see if the code goes away

 

the manifolds will not fit.. different primary pattern.
i dont know about the cats and y pipe if they dont fit, im sure you could use the cats if you got em welded up.. just my .02

 

jkkkkkkkkk i read it wrong, just woke up.. i thought you were talking about the manifolds but try the cats they might work
