I have other nearly full weight cars running probably quicker than most on this board. Its a combination that can be repeated, not rocket science and I am really discouraged that more have not tried to replicate what works.

I see no one nutswingin, trust me, the nutswingers are not near me....

I read ALL the post and I know Austin personally, he is not a punk.

Why do you seem to not know as much as you claim.

And in all honesty, I was never asked by austin what I thought the car would do with all the new stuff. But I did tell him it would be quicker than what he is running now if the conditions were right.

Hmm well if you could see the posts that were deleted that would answer why I would say he is a punk. Obviously those are deleted so blindly you are protecting him

If he is working with such great company and such experienced people in the F Body community why would he need to get on LS1 tech and ask what people think his setup will go if you should clearly have better imput since you are working on his car?

OK, you have not seen nutswingin until you go to the track and see a black or white supra, those guys swing.....

So, what would it take to make this a legit car, one more seat and plastic panels, no problem doing that, that is easy!!

What I claim?

Hmm my claims:
Automatic Transmissions shift more consistanly then a manual transmission.
Austin was a punk in the other thread.
Real Jet Hot Coated Headers will not rust at 50 miles.
Headers do deflect rust.

You are pathetically insecure. I can't belive you still don't get it. I don't care about your car or your SI quest. I NEVER said that you are lieng about your mods or isnt the real record holder. Your car is legit, it is the fastest SI LT1 in the country.

The clutch in the manual trans has A TON to do with consitancy. if it is not set up right then you are screwed.

And this all does happen to revolve around me, the trans is coming from my car going into Austin's car, then I will be doing the tuning (PCM) for the car and then if he is able to the suspension will be worked on and the car will run the number.

And the car went several 11 passes with stock clutch components and I really believe it would have went the 11.80 pass with the stock clutch seeing as how the stock PP was not holding enough for the stage 3 disk to make full contact.

And then telling people they dont know what they are talking about when they have actually accomplished what you said could not be done and accomplished it in more than 1 car, that is dumb. It is people like you that quit sharing on these boards. There is no need in blanket broad statements that it cant be done or whatever.

I will continue to rebuttle...
This is hilarious. How old are you? Do you speak English? Go shamelessly brag about your car somewhere else. The bandwidth of this site can be used for better purposes than providing a forum for your pissing contest.

Nobody said that the car wouldn't eventually be faster. Do you even know what this argument is about? You can't compare your teams driving skill and ability to go down the track like that to a teenager fresh into manual transmissions. As I stated in the previous thread once the guy gets some seat time it will be consistant. The sheer ability to questimate what somebody will run in the 8th based on a previous run non cammed with an auto with no mention of DA to a new setup with a manual that he hasn't went down the track with is lousy. Nobody here is going to be able to tell him you are going to run XX, so as I put it, it would be better in this case to just run the car. That way his expectations are not broken, his hopes were not crushed, and he doesn't need to compare what others randomly guess he will run vs what he did run.

That is not what I said. You do have a reading problem. YOUR clutch has nothing to do with the general notion that you guys posted up that a manual transmission is more consistant then an automatic. YOUR clutch and YOUR Driver has nothing to do with a teenager running a manual setup at the track for the first time. This thread isn't even about that, you ASSumed I was taking something away from your car, so pathetically you felt the need to brag and boast about it again as if nobody has heard your story.

I dont find it queer to use the talents of the nutswingers to my advantage.
I am (along with many others) aware that I can not drive the car as quick as Russ can. It has been proven to be 3 tenths quicker with him in the car.
I own the car and buy the parts, he turns some wrenches on it and tows it to the tracks and races it. It's a great relationship.

How many Owner/Drivers do you know that are successful in any sport? Most Owners have hired drivers. I can think of one team that has been really successful and that is John Force's team. He is about the only owner/driver that comes to mind in the professional racing industry that has been able to do it all.

So what other names you feel like calling me, let's run down the list so far so you do not repeat: ****, queer, pathetic insecure; that's a good start, what others you got for me?!!?

OH yeah, and GOD was in there too

I started it b/c it was said that my car did not run what it did with the stock clutch. IT DID run the 11.9s with the stock clutch, and the 11.80 run was with a different disk. And then you proceeded to say the M6 was not consitant and this is to say you are right, it is not consistant it got quicker with every pass and that is pretty much the name of the game, or I thought it was. Even bracket racers get to dial in.

And I still have not seen any mention of any time slips or other things to hang all your knowledge on. (unless you want to use my nutzsack)

Oh moderator's, oh moderator, where art thou???!!!! please please save us from such profanity, and enforce your ever so holy policy of reversing time and editing after you close this vulgar thread, so that maybe maybe just maybe my eyes can return to their virgin state, after I know you've removed it for my sake and the virginity of someone else's, I shall pray to the heavens that my tainted soul be miraculously cleansed over night, thank you oh great one, oh moderators. I bow to thee.

Shon i'm sending a PM. Don't sweat the mass followers, it's always lonely at the top, when you know a product or technique is better but yet it has to fade in favor of ignorant subscribers.

What tranny would get that hot? With a cooler + fan, and one dope style even hot lapping I couldnt see temps getting that high. The whole auto Vs. manual is ghey. Nobody could ever win the argument.
