Default 94 z28 ????help

hello all, i am asking a question for my friend who has a 94 z, put a vortech supercharger on last year, had it dyno tuned, ran fine...just replaced his 52 mm throttle body with a holly 58mm, now the car wont start, it will sputter a little but wont fully fire up!!! im not very good with cars....so just tell me what you think maybe causing this?? ill try to answer questions if you need any more info about the car, thanks for your help

Did you trash you TPS sensor? (Throttle Positioning Sensor) my buddies 93 has a trashed one and it starts and sputters then dies after like 4 seconds.

couple clouds of smoke, basically an ocassional "backfire" i guess you can call it, it never starts tho

Look at the Intake elbow, and make sure the Donkey Dong is fully connected. Happened to me, would sputter, and die. Once I connected it, ran like a champ.

while starting the motor... have someone else with a wrench and tap on the MAF to see if anything changes... also make sure its plugged in...

Sounds like there is a leak somewhere in between the rear of the throttle body and the MAF sensor.
