hesitation under partial throttle

hesitation under partial throttle hello everyone im using my brothers online name. i have a 94 z28 auto with 235,000 miles. runs great cold, when it gets to operating temperature it bogs when u leave a light an back fires through intake occationally. also while moving it hesitates under partal throttle( only at operating temp). I have a new opti, plugs( tr55), wires(taylor), knock sensor, lt4 knock module, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, headers ,3 in. exhaust, new transmission , 140 amp alternator, yellow top battery, an other various sensors including computer with a tune from gomer. if an one can help i would appreciate it thanks everyone. it also has new o2 sensors tpis sensor.

coil, ignition module maybe.......i see you have an adjustable fp regulator waht if your fule pressure doing also check fuel volume you can have all the pressure in the world but not enough volume check the egr also

car has new ignition module, msd coil, and egr. gomer deleated the egr in the tune though but its still hooked up.
How do i check volume in the fuel system. whats a good fuel pressure. according to the dyno air fuel mixture was good.
