Powdercoating waterpump?

Powdercoating waterpump? Has anyone done it to a stock unit? besides the outer plate gasket and the o-ring on the drive shaft itself, is there any other gaskets i have to worry about? will it warp the aluminum? thanks all
still Im not too keen about having our stock waterpumps powdercoated. 400+ degrees for x amount of minutes is some serious heat when curing powder... i've seen a few people do it and not have problems, so go for it if you wish

Mines powdercoated metallic silver... No problems here, other than having to remove some of the coating from places it should never have been. (dipshit powdercoaters!)

thanks for all the replys guys....im not going to chance it....im going to spray it with high temp spray paint and then spray clear....btw u guys with the pics, nice pumps lol
if take it completely apart and rebuild it then I would suggest ceramic coating the casing or something, if not then i would recommend just sticking with paint. I know someone who has a ceramic coated housing and electric water pumps for sale, one with a mezier one with a CSR, PM me if interested
