Default weight reduction

does anyone know how to take the bars out of the doors in a camaro and the front and rear bumper supports any how to do diagram thanks

I wouldn't take the bars out of the doors.. They really don't reduce that much, and save your *** if you get hit in the side. As far as the Bumper supports, that's up to you..

i agree man when i first got my car i decided to try and drive fast and it was raining and i tried to wrap the car around a pole but the bars really helped, you could barely tell the damage

Open your door take the panel off. Then drill a hole bigger than the bar on the bottom of the door, ublot the top of it. And pull it out.

What's that going to shave, maybe 10 lbs.. looks like more work than it's worth, and they will save your *** if they have to. Trust me, I have seen a few wrecks where they helped.

You guys are assuming this is a "Street car". If it is I agree too leave them in.

My buddie took his out of his Race car, he has a 10 point cage with a 5 point harness. Ya they only weigh 10lbs or so, but if your trying to loose weight, every bit counts.

its a street car still wat about the front and rear bumper support i know they weight alot
