Why is my mpg so bad?

true.. torque converter lockup will kill milage... but im recommending the O2 conversion.. cuz with the 93's, they came with single wire O2 sensors... so with long tubes they dont get hot enough to get accurate readings.. because they have been moved farther away from the engine... this will wack the 93 computer readings... #1 problem with 93's.... the heated conversion will allow the sensor to get around 1400-1600 deg... then will give accurate readings for the comp to go by.... you will notice a huge difference when you do this conversion to your car...

i get maybe 280-300 on a tank. Not too bad. I like to rod on it also and it's got some mods: LT's, ORY and 3" Mandrel bent piping, Moroso intake, 3.73's w/ custom tune. It's a '96 M6 Z28 and like i said i like to get on the gas just to hear the grumble and with mixed driving(alot city) i get about 22-25 mpg. I get about 30 hwy. ~Cole~

Wow. I couldn't get that mpg when my t/a was stock!
