Default Exhaust Delimma (y-pipe)

Well I got a brand new set of jet hot long tubes for the 95 for a smokin deal, but the y-pipe for the headers is like 240$ So I was wondering would the hooker y-pipe mate right up to the headers or should I spring the extra hundred for the coated off road pipe?

I dont know if the Hooker pipe would mate up, but I would just take it to a muffler shop and have them modify it to fit. You should be able to get it done for about $50. Sure beats paying $240. I dont think a coated Y is neccesary.

JetHot & Hooker should mate up real close, their specs are near identical, like everyone else stated your muffler guy should be able to tweak it if necessary.

you don't need a coated y. Headers yes but they y dosn't have to be. Any muffler shop should make the two work.
