LCAs, panhards, sway bars etc. i hear those electric water pumps are nice though...and maybe some 1.6 rockers...but i have to agree...suspension is a must.

I want some suggestions I have some money to spend right now and i wanna throw it into the car as I took it to the track and wasnt satisfied. I have a 93 lt1 t/a engine is all stock but have full exhaust, cai and tune. Wat should i do maybe some porting,gears,stall? im NOT going to do a h/c setup now or turbo s/c. Whats a good way to grab alot of power before any of those big setups?( im going with le2 setup sometime in the future fwiw.)

i would do 3.73 gears, with a girdle for added strength.. a good stall around 3200 and some slicks, and some LCA's... do the suspension and tires mainly... without traction, power is nothing...
how much of a diff. does the panhard rod and torque arm make? those are the last things in my setup and i am not really sure what to expect. obviously a bumpier ride huh?

Stall, gears. Your not going to make enough power yet to spin DR's
With a stall+ Street tires though thats another story. My car cut 1.7's on the stock suspension, with MT Dr's, dead hooking.

Skip the gears for now and do a good stall (such as Vigilante (my preference) or Yank), and some suspension mods. You may not want/need gears with the stall. Lot better bang for buck with the stall too. With the 93, I'd do a 3200 stall right off the bat. Anything less than 3-3200 is a nice improvement but will leave you wanting more.
As others said, LCA's, relocation brackets (lowered or not) and PHR while you're at it are good mods too.
M/T DR's after that and you should have a NICE gain at the track and a it'll be lot more fun to drive on the streets.
The stock 10 bolt is always a craspshoot but with your setup it should be more than fine. Then again, **** happens. But should be fine.

damn i just bought all new tires i rather not buy DR's atleast not right now i dont plan on going to the track enough right now to make them worth there price. And no one has mentioned porting at all? is it pointless on the stock tb,intake manifold and heads to port them ive heard it helps alot but wasnt sure if it was a h/c setup or stock?
Its not worth it IMO to pull the heads to do porting, unless your really gonna do some porting, and bigger valves ect... If you were gonna have someone like loyd port them then sure its worth it, but them you would need a cam to take advantage of the heads, then a stall to take advantage of that.
With a stall you can have fun with street tires, you just will never see the full potential of what your car can do with it.
I cut a 1.85 60 with just a stall, 3.42 gears, and a dynomax muffler. Best I could get with a street tire was a 1.96 and that was still coming out soft. Most of the time it was 2.0+ on a street tire.
