All you will need is the PCM, harness, 94-95 O2 sensors, splice in your 93 IAC connector on the 94 harness, change your Ignition control module to the 94-95 style, and I think the TPS is different. You will also have to change a couple of wires on the white and blue plugs on the harness that goes through the firewall (I have that info if you need it). And add a MAF sensor.

I went from using the stock 93 computer to coverting to OBD1 and now to the FAST XFI. So I have ya covered if you need help. LOL

That seems, more expensive and more trouble than it's worth. How much do you think the conversion would run? Harnesses range from 300 on ebay to 600 from painless. ICM seems easy enough, TPS should be easy also. Send me the info you have peaked my intrest

Thanks. Another issue I just thought of is theyre to part numbers for 94-95 ECM's. One for the Vette and one for the Camaro. The only difference between the two is the vette can do the fuel average calculation stuff. The other ecm doesnt have the provission.

Would you re-use the 4l60 tranny or would you have to go to a 4l60e?

You can re-use the 4l60. All you have to do is in the tune disable all the trans codes.

Awesome. Did you plan on doing this at one point? What do you think the benifits would be from the swap? In all honesty this is going to sound stupid but my biggest reason for wanting obd1 is so I can keep my Scanmaster. I love the darn thing so much.

Then it's settled. I'm doing the swap. Just need to figure out where I'm going to get all the stuff. I'm installing my Camaro engine in the Vette within the next 2 weeks so I need to get everything ready asap.

Now wait........is this going into a 92-93 vette? If so..............I dont have the wiring diagrams for that. Only the F-body speed density to OBD1 conversion I have done. I have not done it to a corvette. May be more work involved. Im sorry....I was thinking you had an f-body.

It can be done but I dont have the wiring info for you.

It's the same. Just very minor diffs that dont effect anything. I know this because I was going to swap a LT1 into a 86 vette using a 94 Camaro wiring harness and computer.

The dash harness will be different for the Corvettes. The engine harness has to plug into the dash harness for the gauges, fuel pump, ALDL, ignition,....etc. So I dont have the pin-outs for that dash harness on a vette.

different setup... for example, do you have a maf on your c4? i dont think the 93's had those, so thats some of the data that the computer doesnt send out... amongst other things, the computer just gives totally different data

if you check engine light is flashing then more than likely its a misfire... and i wouldnt ask autozone to scan my car, cuz they dont know what they are talking about... they told some guy i met the other day on his 98 TA, that he was having a false code keep coming up... well it was a knock sensor code... they told him the LS1's always get false knock codes and not to worry about it... oh yea... 4 rods fell into the bottom of the pan a short time later......
