Saw the vids man..very nice. Just let some air out of the tires and leave on that thing hard. Youshould be in at least the high 1.5s. Just practice up on the shifting and it will fly. You have ALOT left in that car with some practice and learning the launch.

for aprox 11.3 secs leave right foot on the floor holding pedal down
and when its time to shift hit the clutch pedal and pull the shifter fast as you can and just hold on for the ride....

I hear ya man, guy that taught me 7 yrs ago when I had a 97TA was one of the best I've seen, I've got a lot of practice in front of me. Tell you what though these McLeod twin discs with adjustable master/cyl's are golden, I love being able to tweak my shift point to suit my style...or lack thereof currently .

Yeah man looking at the video the 60 foot could definitely improve down to 1.5's... gotta keep the rpms' up and at the edge of wheelspin cause it seems like it bogs... and you were bigtime liftshifting so that's worth a few tenths easy..... it'll go 10's NA after you get the learning curve of driving it back down.... the mph is good on motor as well.... My 355 went 119 thru the 6 speed and dropped to 117 thru the TH400... my goal is to make 500RWHP WITH the TH400 and 4400 stall in there.... I think that's what Tony Shep's aim is too.... cause I think we're losing like upwards of 23-25%..... so the motor has gotta make like 650 to get close to 500 at the wheels.... with that T56 you're probably making all of 580-615ish..... Sweet job......

An example: One of the local "10.5 shoot out" cars I help brought his big block Chevy home from Reher & Morrison Racing Engine's Superflow engine dyno, where it made 1275 SAE flywheel hp. Two days later in the car on my Dynojet, through a 4400 rpm converter and Turbo 400, it showed 986 SAE rwhp. Both examples are NA. Mine will only show 1250 rwhp, his nitrous first stage just shows a flat line at 1250 hp. No idea what it makes on the bottle. More loss than I would have expected.

Ed, that is some crazy freaking horsepower, can only imagine what it feels like behind the wheel. I'll be happy with 675 to 725 rwhp on bottle when I get nervy enough to try it out. I hear a TNT wetshot kit would be the best ($1000 or so) less the fuel system which I have exception of the custom tank from Nasty or BMR (undecided). Am told the solenoids are the most reliable out there in regards to freezing up which would be a disaster going lean, blowing up...driving my Camry for another couple years....screw that.

Outlaw...what is liftshifting? I know I didn't have the speed/powershifts going my way that night but never heard of liftshifting...teach me ObiOne
