what are some good long tube headers? ceramic bbk? i was looking at those for like $489 or the $500 price range. my car i lowered how bad would it hurt my clearance?

Well, I looked at 3 or 4 Fbodies before I bought the black rose, one being a 98 LS1 A4.
I like my body style, interior, headlights, tailights, interior, sound and looks better.

And ive more than made up for the .4 difference.

Go with pacesetter long tubes and off road Y pipe get a mail order tune from edd wright at http://www.fastchip.com/, Ion at www.madz28.com or from www.pcmforless.com, I had mine done by www.madz28.com and i can vouch for his good tuning.

ah yeah ive heard you get what you pay for with pacesetter... but i dont really know. thats a good gain. im getting a b&m shifter thursday for the track friday. im gonna feather the clutch more. thanks **** and everyone else

Pacesetters are fine. TONS of people here have them, they fit good and do the job just as well as the more expensive ones. The only downside I see to them is they may not look quite as nice as others.
