like hbh said it, you need to check the cam timing. also you will need a tune to optimize the cam fully, regardless of what comp said.

Would it have anything to do with the ignition module??? Sounds weird since it runs good for first minutes... Remove it and have it checked at local auto parts... Maybe ICM is bad, shows bad condition only when it heats up.
