97 electrical problem
97 electrical problem Sometimes when im driving, my radio will just shut off for aminute, come back on, sometimes just go on an off for quite a bit. The funny thing about it is, that when its off, the windows wont work either.
I figure its something wrong with whatever makes the radio stay on after you shut off the car. Because when you shut off the car, you can still use the windows and the radio plays, if you know what im talking about. The only problem is, i dont know what allows the radio to keep playing after the car is shut off. Any ideas?

I had the same problem a couple months ago but have no idea what I did to fix it. I know thats no help but at least you know somebody else has had the problem before so maybe someone else thats had the problem too can actually remember what they did to fix it. Good Luck!

Check the fuse box and then pull out your radio and make sure the power is properly connected. I've seen bad grounds do weirder **** than that.
