Help with electrical or fuel troubles? My 94' Z is idling rough after the car warms up. The engine is vibrating pretty bad. There is also studdering or hesitation when I am coming to a stop or rolling of the line slowly. There seems to be a power loss at light throttle, open throttle is okay. I can also smell gas. I have a new opti, plugs and wires. I think I might need a new fuel pump? What does everybody else think?
same problem My 95 Formula is doing the same thing. It has a hesitation under light throttle mostly when cold sometimes when hot, but when more throttle is applied it seems fine. I have changed plugs/wires and its doing the same thing. I have scanned the car and it has no codes and the ses light has never came on. I was going to try the opti next bud would it be smart to try the 02 sensors before I tear it all apart to change the opti? Also any other suggestion of what else it could be?
