If you keep killing the 3-4 clutch pack, you need a new tranny builder. That is the most common problem we see with the 4L60E. It's not the stall speed. I see guys run the original tranny a couple of years, have it rebuilt and kill a couple (or more) a year afterwards. That is the builder. Doesn't seem to be too many guys that can make these live as well as the factory. Pretty sad. Ellis (2fast4lv on here) can help. A long time friend does mine, usually good for a couple of years. Lower power level should last a lot longer.
