As i understand it yes it does work for LT1's, probably only on a dyno will you notice the difference.. but it all adds up is my philosophie.. much better than descreening the MAF which some people do.
When it comes to intake it seems like there are lots of custom setups that are cheap but yield results.. free ram air... that nostril ram air thing for camaros... fernco smooth bellows... cuting up your stock lid... P&P throttle body.. and bumpsop..
