Default Best mod for $300

Im am going to have some extra $$ after some basic maintenance like seafoam, oil change, plugs and wires, I was just wondering what was the best mod i could do after this for $300 I have my current mods in sig. I was thinking about a new ignition like the accel 300 or something like that but i cant decide what would be the mod to do to gain the most HP for my car it this stage in modding. My budget is only 300$ maybe a little more. Anyone have some good ideas.

do you have Lts? or an ORY? is so i would start with the LT's its a little over 300 but its well worth it..if you already have lts and ory then i would go with suspenion work such as shocks and spring..

Look in the for sale section over here, you might find somethin. But i would definatly go for the longtubes, or gears. OOOOORRRR, you could always save it.

Drag Radials?
Gears?
Stall?
SFC's?
PHB/LCA kit from umi perf.?
Or ditch the chokemaster and get a better catback

IMO, with your mods, aftermarket ignition would be a waste of money right now. There is plenty of other ways you could spend your money

I agree. I love surfing the class sections for deals. That $300 could get you a set of adj qa1's with springs used when theyed normally cost double.

I decided i will go with some pacesetter LTs and ORY. i think that would probably be the best bang for the buck HP mod at that price.

LOL ya the flowmaster sucks but Im doing the headers over the winter so i will probably just go tru duals with the install. I have a set of 3.42s and the posi unit to install but i just had a new rear end put in it might be 2.73 but not gonna gonna rip it out yet. I will probably do gears last after i do headers, exhuast, heads, cam, and some other mods.

The best advice I ever got:

"Just save that money for all those mods you THINK will just cost $300"

your definately going to want to ditch that poo poo gear ratio you have, headers are definately the best bang for the buck assuming your going to put them on yourself.

Next thing you should do after exhaust is spray it since you have 273 gears....273 gears+bottle=woot.
