Moving ICM

this is an old picture but it kind of gives a view of how the metal radiator hoses kind of wrap around the icm. I just replaced the icm yesterday and it ran great.
after a 10 min. drive I went home and the car sat for about 30 mins. then i went to leave again and it wouldnt start. I am guessing it is the icm getting to hot. after it sat for a few hours it started, but not right away like when it is dead cold.
My question is would moving it off of the head and on to the body of the car cause any grounding problems? What other issues do you think it might be?
Here are some more pictures..

and a vid
as far as the icm over heating did you use the dielectrical grease upon installation to the bracket?if you did move it to the fender without the grease on the backside it will still overheat, howver if you did the above it would definately reduce the amount of heat the entire assembly would endure.as long as the bracket has a good ground i would move it also!
thanks for the comments.
any other ideas what it could be?

There are a lot of Heat soak failure parts other then the ICM. Ign sources like the coil and opti are 2 of them, fuel pump is also.
Get it to not start, and begin running all the tests. http://www.mainstreamtopics.com/foru...p?showtopic=78
