Default Driving my car first day..

so finally its done.. damn this 3700 converter is kicking my *** and the MSD box is rev limited to 3k (hard to get on highway ya) gonna be like this until breakins over already did 100 miles today.. started with 2/4 or 3/4 of a tank did 30-40 miles that was gone so filled up 14 gallons went 10-20 miles still at full why is it guzzling so much damn gas?? im going to have to sell it if it does this all the time lol

actualy he said (after scanning it) that the fuel trim was on the money but comn that mileage is horrible...

ill be having it scanned retuned soon... the car "thinks it has a 306 cam it has a 305"

3700 stall is prolly tooo loose...exspecially for an lt1...with that small of a cam and that small a motor youd want like 3500 maybe 3800 for n/a and prolly 3200 for juice
exspecially with 3.73...and you can take it to 5500 when braking in...i like to break it in like you use it...it seems to me if you dont when you do abuse it wont take it

when i was breaking in my new engine with a 3200 stall it ate up alot of gas. Then after a while i started getting better gas mileage after break in.

my mechanic says 200 milest then 300 break in easy way... ya its lose im guzzling ******* gas he said 12-13 MPG... im gonna have to sell her
