TB bypass
i used 3/8ths fuel line to plug up the TB ports i just looped it to connect to eachother. i hadda take the TPS off to have access to the input side of the TB coolant hose.
this is how i did it.. buti used no hose clamps and the plastic connector and RTV.
this way
what am i missing now? do i have to bleed the cooling system?

I cut the short hose from the coolant line to the inlet of the TB completely off
I took the longest hose, from the TB outlet and looped it back to the coolant line. resued the metal clamps from the coolant line and the inlet to make sure they were tight.
had some caps which i put over the TB inlets/outlets.
done.
this was on a 97 z28
only coolant i lost was whatever was in the inlet hose and the TB which was barely anything. which was next to nothing because car had been sitting.
heres a few notes:
*Do not buy any kit for the tb its a 100% free mod. (might have to buy something to plug up the Tb if you want)
*make sure the car has not been running, do it cold!
*those metal clamps are a bitch!!!!!!!!!have patience and LONG needle nose pliers help out really well. you can push down on the clamps to move them around to a better position to grab them with pliers
*if you reuse the metal clamps make sure you put them on, a way which they are easy to be accessed.
*I had to remove the altenator support which made things easier, I didnt bother putting it back on.
*also had to remove the air inlet elbow
*make sure you use a rag under the inlet/outlets/coolant line...you dont need any spilling on your opti
