Which should I get, does anyone have expirence with both or one or the other?

Get the trickflow elbow, it looks the best + its 100x easier to put on.

I just plugged mine. A Heads and Shoulders or Pert shampoo bottle cap works perfect. Just use a little RTV around it and it's a good fit.

I have the 1LE elbow ($64) and want to upgrade to a metal one because they flow better. I think its around $25 dollars more than the stock 1LE price.
