my old wires are in the trash already, they were morroso wires but 1 got burnt on a header so for some reason i just went with the msd to match the box or somin. the wire dryer didnt help any, the spark is still clearly visible at night on the same 2cylinders on each side... no one else has any tips? should i junk these wires too???

I had troubles with mine, but the problem was my limp-wristed installations. I found that those that hid behind my BBK headers were difficult to get the right amount of power behind to snap into place, and they weren't seating all the way. NEver checked for arcing but it backfired like all hell. Ended up I had to run my finger down there and feel if it was seated by how much plug was still uncovered. On some of those wires where you're pressing inward while backward and back-handed, you need to be a yoga expert to push hard enough. Anyway, that was my experience. You might also want to try those cloth-material insulators that they sell. I had some that were on the car and they seem to keep the burning down to a minimum, as long as they're routed properly, that is...
