Just because a car has mods, doesnt mean its in good running condition.

There could be all types of problems ranging from electrical to internal, that could make a car lose lots of Hp. Even something as small as a spark plug.

Stanger, I know guys with less mods than you, same car, that run mid 13's.
and Hark, like I already said, you should be in the 12's easy.

Check your water temperature sensor on the front of the water pump. They will cause hard starting and lots of black smoke! Might need to use a scan tool to see if it's working or a voltmeter if you know what to check for.

Uh no, the difference would be the lack of TQ that the CC306 gives you.

Change the injectors already!

injector size has no bearing on how much fuel the engine is getting until it is not getting enough. the injector only feeds as much fuel as it is told, the car running rich is a tuning problem. it seems to me that you need to take this vehicle to a REPUTABLE TUNER with a dyno. so when your car does not perform like it should, said reputable tuner can help pinpoint the problem(s). i think you're aiming high thinking you'll get ~400rwhp out of a mild head/cam lt1 combo, through a stalled automatic to boot. what about a compression test? did you do this work to a worn out motor? what is your shift extension with that stall?
