do you know what the piece is called that the headlight stops(2 small round plastic pieces that the headlight arm hits to stop the light when they go up and down) are attached to. its a big plastic piece that goes around both headlights and across, on top the front bumper.

Pretty much rebuilt the entire headlight assemblies. New brass gears, motor housings, and lift arms were the main items. I think in my particular case the lift arms had a lot to do with my shaking lights. There is a nylon piece in the middle of the lift mechanism and it was slight worn. I also tightened the metal lanyard on the back of the headlight bucket. My lighting is rock solid with the true bi-xenon projector setup from BLS lighting.
