Default its alive. but have a question

i just got the motor in my 94 a4 camaro.this is the info. 355, decked the block 10, heads shaved 20, port match the intake, and cleaned up the runners, same on the exhaust, plus polish. lt4 hotcam, compcams roller 1.6 with harden pushrods. e-waterpump, march pulleys, k&n CAI. and arp studs(had it laying round), and lt4 valvetrain, and 3 angle valve job,... the only thing thats killing me right now is all factory exhaust system.

i got it started and it ran for like 4 seconds and then shut off , ( due to the lack of the throttle body to mass air sensor rubber pipe thing. ( its broken),

will i be able to drive this car, or do i have to get that tune first(pcmforless_) i mean its only a hotcam... ?
and lastly--- what u guys thing about this setup.. it has a fresh transmission. and how much power am i looking at and what u guys think this thing will run.?

tune will help a little but it will still be drivable without one, get a exaust system. I went 12.80s with just a hotcam and longtubes in my m6 so u should go a little better i would think.

if the elbow is broken... i think thats what you were talking about... then yea, it will die.. its pulling more air from that rip/hole then what the computer thinks it is and isnt dumping enough fuel... at least that what it sounds like to me... the tune will def help out alot as well...

when I would break the seal on the intake elbow, it would run for a fewseconds and die. sounds like whats happening.

I think that hot cam's gonna be a dawg on a stock stall. and the exhaust(including the stock manifolds) are really gonna hold you back!!
