The size of the cam will determine how much power you will gain. A cam swap on an LT1 will *typically* get you anywhere from 30-45 HP depending on the cam/valvetrain.
I'd recommend doing some searches in this forum and LT1 Tech on Camaroz28.com for some info on the different off the shelf LT1 cams.

what he doesnt sell you is the valvesprings and goodies... with any of those cams, your going to need to upgrade the springs, seats, retainers, and locks... the springs wont hold anymore than the stock setup... even with 1.6RRs you need to upgrade the springs... i dont know, that kit just seems kinda iffy.. you would be better off buying a cam from AI, or LE, or Joe O.... someone more trusted with LT1s... all he did was copy specs... but quality i believe can still vary in the design...
